Use a toy cleaner fit for silicone and gently massage the cleaning spray/liquid all over the toy. Then, go ahead and wash off the cleaning spray/liquid and pat off the excess water droplets.

Together™ Couples' Vibrator is completely waterproof and has an IPX7 certification.
IPX7 certifies that the product can be completely submerged under 1 meter of water for at least 30 mins.

Do you deliver outside of the US?
Unfortunately at this moment, we do not deliver outside of the U.S. We strive to accommodate this capability very soon in the future.
Can I get a tracking number?
Absolutely. Be sure to select the appropriate delivery option at the checkout that provides you with a tracking number.

Do you deliver to a P.O. Box?
As P.O. Boxes can only be delivered to by USPS, please contact us at email@example.com once you have placed your order to indicate a P.O. Box is the end delivery address. A customer service representative will get back in touch very soon to advise on the next steps.
Warranty & Returns
Can you tell me more about the warranty details?
We provide 3 years warranty from the purchase date as stated on your purchase receipt.
The warranty covers the function of the product. It does not include external damages due to normal wear or accident-related damage, misuse or negligence. The warranty does not apply in the event of failure to observe the operating or assembly instructions. The validity of the warranty expires in cases of improper use or tampering.
If you would like to claim your warranty and feel you fit the requirements, please send your proof of purchase and pictures/videos depicting the manufacturing defect to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back in touch shortly.
I want to return my Together™ Couples' vibrator.
Returns and refunds will be processed in cases of manufacturing defects only.
If you discover a manufacturing defect upon opening your Together™ Couples' Vibrator, please take a picture/video and send it to us along with your proof of purchase at email@example.com. If your unit is determined to truly have a manufacturer defect we will, at our own discretion, replace the product free of charge.
Please note that due to the nature of pleasure products:
- We cannot accept non-defective exchanges on items that have been opened.
- As per industry standards, pleasure products may not be returned unless they are defective.
- A shipping charge will only be refunded in cases where our error caused the return.
- All warranty claims require a receipt or an approved form of proof of purchase. Acceptable forms of proof of purchase will be determined at our own discretion.
