Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds will be processed in cases of manufacturing defects only.
If you discover a manufacturing defect upon opening your Together™ Couples' Vibrator, please take a picture/video and send it to us along with your proof of purchase at email@example.com. If your unit is determined to truly have a manufacturer defect we will, at our own discretion, replace the product free of charge.
Please note that due to the nature of pleasure products:
- We cannot accept non-defective exchanges on items that have been opened.
- As per industry standards, pleasure products may not be returned unless they are defective.
- A shipping charge will only be refunded in cases where our error caused the return.
- All warranty claims require a receipt or an approved form of proof of purchase. Acceptable forms of proof of purchase will be determined at our own discretion.
